Processing time: 1-2 days. Fulfilled: Mon - Sat.
We do not process on Sundays or holidays. Processing time is NOT included in the shipping time. Please plan accordingly.

Attention: although we try to ship your hair to you as fast as possible, please don’t order hair less than 48 hours before you need it! It's always better to give yourself at least a 2 week cushion before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.

How To Apply Return/Refund
1. If you believe you have received defective or incorrect products, please report via email within 30 days upon receipt. Please provide detailed descriptions, pictures, and videos in report email toSERVICE@WESFACE.COMis helpful in accelerating the return/refund process.
2. Our customer service team will respond to you within 1-2business days.
3. If you need to return, please return the productsaccording to our instructions and emailus return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
4. Once we have received the returned products, we will contact you and process an exchange or a refund within 1-3business days.
Return
1. Kindly note that we DO NOT provide shipping labels.
2. Please return your package via USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number for convenience, as we are not responsible for loss of package or stolen package. We will not issue return credit without proof of receipt and delivery. You may be responsible for covering shipping feefor return productsand shipping fee must be prepaid.
Refund
1. Refund will be processed and automatically returned to your original method of payment in 3-10 working days.
2. If the return is due to the buyer's problems(such as don't likeor want, ordering wrong products or sizes), we may remove approximately $20 from your refund as restocking fee or handling fee.
3. The $20 fee may also be charged on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
Returnable Products
1. Productsmust be unworn, unwashed, uncut and unstyled (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) and with all original tags and their original packaging.If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
2. The incorrect products sent to us will be discarded upon receipt. We reserve the rights to solely define, limit, refuse, and/orreject returns from customers at any time due to:
1) With an irregular or excessive return history, or involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged or missing items, etc.
2) Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
In these situations, our team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a customer, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all our customers.
3. If you return the productswithout contacting us, or if there is no reason to dispute, we will not ensure your refund and make a complaint according to the policy.
Cancel
You can cancel/change your order before your order packed in our warehouse (2 hours upon payment).

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING USUALLY TAKE?
Orders ship within 48 hours. We offer Express shipping ( free shipping ) which takes 3-7 business days ( 3-5 Business days in USA, others is 5-7 days ). The Express Shipping includes UPS, DHL and Fedex. And you can receive a notification after shipped out. NOTE: PO.Box is not accepted. Don't use a PO.Box as your shipping address. Otherwise the package can not be delivered. And, you need to add your phone number when you file the shipping info.
ARE YOUR WIGS 100% HUMAN HAIR?
The answer is Yes. We have sold hair for years, we only sell 100% human hair. Here are two methods to test if your hair extensions are human hair: Test it by burning: The synthetic or fiber hair will be melted with the black smoke as soon as you burning it. But the 100% Remy human hair will immediately catch fire, burn nearly instantly curling into a little ball, and smell like burning hair. Use your fingers to feel: There is a layer of hair scales on the surface of the hair, it is a bit like a fish scale. When it is touched, it feels very smooth, but when you touch it in reverse, it feels not very smooth. This is also a very professional way to distinguish true human hair.
WHICH SIZE IS YOUR WIG CAP(CIRCUMFERENCE)?
All of stock is standard medium, it is 22.5 inches. And it has adjustable straps. Normally it can match the head of most people. We provide free customized Hair Cap Size service, please add remarks in the shopping cart. Customized Size needs to wait for an additional two days
WHAT TYPE OF HAIR CARE PRODUCTS SHOULD I USE?
Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair. 1. Use good shampoo and hair conditioner to care the hair. It’s important to keep the hair soft and shiny. 2. You could use gel or spray styling products to keep the hair style. 3. Olive oil will be a good choice to keep the hair healthy.
WHEN SHOULD I USE THE HAIR CARE OIL?
The hair care oil is used to keep the hair more softly and add luster. Most of the customer uses it, but get more tangle. So when we use the oil, we need to give the hair good care, such as after we wash the hair, after conditioner and spray the nutrient water, when the hair is almost air dry, we can use one or two drops of hair care oil on the hair surface especially the ends. The oil we suggest the L’Oreal hair care oils.
CAN I STRAIGHTEN / STYLE THE HAIR WITH FLAT IRON/CURLER?
Yes, all hair we sell is virgin hair, so you can straighten / style it with flat iron/curler, and you can dye it as well. It is noteworthy that you need to pay attention to the time. Don’t Overtime.
